DIMM offers both companies and market research agencies the service of searching and selecting professionals of MR area.

DIMM has a wide database of professionals of market research.
Our trajectory as market research professionals and knowledge of the different requirements for each position in a market research agency or in companies allow us a more accurate search.
We help you to find the adequate person for the position you need to cover.

Professionals Search

DIMM Laboral does not do Head – Hunting. It works with those candidates who send us their CVs and show interest in the positions offered. Uses different sources of information. Searches are published both in printed edition and online. Sources are confidential.
We offer two different services:

CVs pre selection:

We do the search through our database, publishing it in our website and also sending emails to our contacts, and via LinkedIn. We select those candidates whose CVs seem to adequate to the requirements and send them to the client, who continues with the selecting process.

Complete Service:

We are in charge of the whole process: we publish it, we do cv´s pre selection, we interview those candidates whose CV seems to fulfill requirements and we select 2 / 3 candidates who seem to be the best for the job.

WARRANTY

If the hired candidate resigns for reasons beyond the control of the consultant/company before three months of work, DIMMlaboral is in charge of facing the search process again for replacement at no cost.
